CA Global — the name for a career that's never stayed in one lane, one system, or one place.
I take programs with too many moving parts and turn them into one clear plan that teams can actually execute.
Over the past seven years I've run projects and programs across property management tech, cybersecurity, open source, logistics, consumer products, and defense — different worlds, same underlying job: give complexity a shape people can work with.
Right now that means two things at once. I'm the project manager behind Commercial Clarity, a C-suite-sponsored effort to modernize how the business handles pricing, contracts, and renewals. I keep four workstreams moving forward and aligned while the leads drive delivery. And I'm leading training strategy for a company-wide Oracle finance transformation, which means learning the systems well enough to know what people will need before they ask.
I'm at my best when a program has outgrown a spreadsheet with multiple teams, competing priorities, and a leadership group that needs a straight answer, not a status deck.
